We'll be starting to compose our pieces soon for the MYC composition festival. If you ever wonder how composition comes in action with improvisation, this will show you. It has to do with all the things we've learned in MYC with motives and how to apply the different techniques to the motives. The earlier a child learn to apply those techniques (like what we learn in MYC) to the motives, the better chance for a child to use them in their improv and composition in the future years.
